When businesses collaborate with us, they agree to extend discounts to our valued Payback Card holders on their regular selling prices. The beauty lies in the flexibility; there's no fixed percentage for the discount. Business owners have the freedom to determine the discount amount. Our only prerequisite is that there should be a discernible difference between Payback Card holders and non-cardholders. The discount eligibility is linked to a minimum purchase value, varying by shop, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for our customers.

While our reach extends to 30% of shops and business establishments, we meticulously select partners across various categories. For instance, from categories such as Hotels, Restaurants, Bakeries, Textile stores, Provision stores, and Electronics outlets, we handpick three shops out of every ten. In rarer categories like Paints and Hardware, Beauty Parlours, and Opticals, we select 1 out of 3. This ensures a balanced approach that caters to a diverse set of needs.

Download our Customer App from Google Play or Apple's App Store, and experience a foolproof verification system. Each Payback Card comes with a unique number.
